Il check-in è preferibile non prima delle ore 17.00 e non dopo le ore 20.00.

Al di fuori di questi orari va concordato e confermato per mail e può comportare un costo extra.

Il check-out va fatto entro le ore 9.00. Dopo quest’orario può comportare un costo extra.

Check-in is not possible before 5.00 p.m. and after 9.00 p.m. It could be admitted on the base of a mail agreement and with an extra charge.

Colazioni / Breakfast

La colazione non è inclusa nel prezzo delle camere ma può essere servita, su richiesta, a partire dalle ore 8.00 e fino alle ore 9.00. Il pagamento della colazione viene accettato solo per contanti o con Paypal.

Mediterranea (5 euro): comprende caffè o the, latte, biscotti, un succo di frutta, pancarrè tostato con nutella, burro e vari tipi di marmellata;

Continentale (8 euro): comprende caffè o the, latte, biscotti, un succo di frutta, uova strapazzate con bacon o formaggio, uno yogurt pancarrè tostato con nutella, burro e vari tipi di marmellata, viene servita tra le ore 8.00 e le ore 9.00.

Breakfast is not included in the price off rooms and is served only on request from 8.00 to 9.00 a.m. The payment is accepted only with cash or Paypal.

Un pernottamento per 10 persone così distribuite: tre in camera matrimoniale con terzo letto e bagno privato, due in altra camera matrimoniale con bagno privato, cinque in due camere una a tre letti e una a due letti con bagno condiviso (uno dei letti è a una piazza e mezza): 250,00 €.

Un pernottamento per 8 persone così distribuite: tre in camera matrimoniale con bagno privato, cinque in due camere di cui una a tre letti e l’altra a due letti, con un bagno condiviso ed esclusivo: 200,00 €.

Group of 8 persons: three persons in a room with king size bed, a third bed and private bathroom, five other persons in two rooms with a shared exclusive bathroom one room with three single beds (one is a french bed) and the other room with two beds: 200,00 €.

Parcheggio custodito dell’auto: gratuito per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Il parcheggio custodito dell’auto in assenza del proprietario è possibile e costa 3,00 € a notte o 15,00€ a settimana.

Car parking is free for the whole staying in the B&B. Leaving the car in the private courtyard of the B&B while the car owner is not present in the B&B costs 3,00 € per night or 15,00 € per week.

Rimessaggio di biciclette al coperto: gratis la prima notte. Il deposito di biciclette al coperto per più giorni in assenza del proprietario è possibile con un costo extra che va concordato prima.

Leaving the bike in the garage is free for the whole staying in the B&B. Leaving the bike in the garage of the B&B is possible on demand paying a fee.

Noleggio di Mountain bike: Gratis la prima ora, 2,50 € ogni ora successiva.

Free rent of a mountain bike the first hour. Each extra hour costs 2,50 €.

Bookings and payments

Garantiamo le prenotazioni effettuate direttamente al B&B solo se inviate per mail, con pre-pagamento o acconto che potrebbe essere richiesto nel caso di gruppi di 8 o 10 persone. Il pre-pagamento può avvenire con Paypal, usando la mail bruno.diber@gmail.com, o con bonifico sull’Iban che verrà fornito per mail. In alternativa B&B Borgo del Fornello è prenotabile attraverso tutti i principali portali internazionali, come Booking.com, Expedia.com, Hotels.com, Trivago, Home Away, etc..

Le tariffe applicate da ciascun portale possono differire da quelle sopra pubblicate in base alle politiche, alle offerte speciali ed alle condizioni praticate da ciascun portale ai singoli clienti.

B&B Borgo del Fornello guarantees direct bookings only if reserved by mail. Pre-payment could be requested for groups of 8 or 10 persons. To pre-pay we accept Paypal (mail address bruno.diber@gmail.com) or a bank transfer to the owner (Iban will be provided on demand). Otherwise, you can reserve rooms in B&B Borgo del Fornello through Booking.com, Expedia.com, Hotels.com, Trivago, Home Away, etc.. Rates may change depending upon policy, special offers or conditions decided by each of them.

Cancellazioni

Cancell a reservation

Annullando con mail non più tardi di sette giorni prima del giorno del check in è possibile chiedere al portale il rimborso della camera. Nulla sarà invece rimborsato se la mail di disdetta arriva nella settimana precedente il giorno del check in. Prenotando direttamente è invece possibile annullare in ogni momento e senza spese.

How to cancel a booking

If you a mail to cancel not later than seven days before the check-in day you will pay no cancellation fee and you will be refunded for the total amount of your pre-payment. Nothing will be refunded of the pre-payment if you send a mail only one week before. Direct rerservations can be always cancelled without paying fees.
