You will find a 50 square meters living room with a large fireplace. Here you can stop and drink a glass of wine or beer, before taking a hot invigorating shower

D’estate puoi scendere a stenderti su una delle sdraio del giardino per rilassarti o prendere il sole.
During the warm months you can stay in the garden of the house and sunbathe

Sometimes in summer, before the sun goes down, we organize a party celebrating the longest days of the year (June) or after hours to simply celebrate the sunset (May, July and August).
Se invece sei un cicloturista, troverai anche un locale attrezzato per mettere al riparo la tua bici o fare piccoli interventi di lavaggio e manutenzione. E’ anche possibile noleggiare una delle nostre mountain bikes se vuoi perlustrare i dintorni: la prima ora te la offriamo noi!
If you arrive with your bike, you can use a dedicated secure room we’ve set up for you where leaving the bike and for bike
washing & maintenance. Otherwise, you can rent a bike (first hour is free) to discover the entourage.
In dotazione per i nostri ospiti anche guanti e caschetti.
Our mountain bikes: a Cannondale Delta V1500, very light and front suspended, and a Decathlon RockRider Full Suspension. Gloves and helmet are included.
Le camere
We have four rooms. The first one has two separated beds, a divan, a hardwood floors and the bathroom very near. This room is good for two persons.
Abbiamo quattro camere. La prima camera ha due letti separati, un divano, il pavimento in parquet ed il bagno a pochi metri. Qui possono dormire comodamente due persone adulte.
The second room is upstairs and has two separated beds (wich can form a queen size bed), a sofa-bed wich becomes a french bed, a small wardrobe and a large table for your pc job.
La seconda camera è al piano di sopra ed ha due letti separati (che si possono unire per avere un letto “queen size”), un divano letto ad una piazza e mezzo ed un piccolo armadio. C’è anche un grande tavolo per lavorare al pc, leggere o scrivere.
For guests of these two rooms there is a shared bathroom with hot shower, bath foam, shampoo, hairdryer, very large and light. Here there also is a washing machine available for guests.
A disposizione degli ospiti di queste due camere c’è un bagno con doccia, bagnoschiuma e shampoo, asciugacapelli, molto grande e luminoso. C’è anche una lavatrice utilizzabile dagli ospiti.
The shared bathroom for guests
The third room is a master bedroom with a private and exclusive bathroom. This room is very tranquil and overlooking the garden. This room is good for two persons and eventually a child up to 5 years sleeping in the same bed. It’s not possible to add a third bed.
La terza è una camera matrimoniale col proprio bagno privato. Si affaccia sul giardino ed offre il massimo della tranquillità. Qui possono dormire due persone ed al massimo anche un bambino fino a 5 anni che dorme con loro. Non è possibile aggiungere un altro letto nè una culla.
The fourth room has a private and exclusive bathroom, a king size bed, a third bed and overlooks the garden. It’s good for three persons and eventually a child sleeping with parents.
La quarta camera è un’altra matrimoniale con bagno privato, un terzo letto e l’affaccio sul giardino. E’ adatta a ospitare tre persone ed eventualmente anche anche un bambino che dorma con i genitori.
